License Agreement

This agreement is between Remi Kleiv Haugen (trading as "Lazy", referred to as "the Artist") and the person purchasing or using the music ("the User"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the music, the User agrees to the terms below.

1. What you get

Purchasing the music gives you a non-exclusive license to use it for personal listening and in smaller projects — for example YouTube videos, podcasts, streams, indie games, and small businesses. See section 3 for larger projects.

This does not include ownership of the copyright or the master recordings.

2. Credit

Credit is not required, but it is much appreciated. Please use either "Lazy" or "Remi Kleiv Haugen", and a link back to this site where possible.

3. Larger projects

For larger projects you must contact me for a separate agreement before use. This includes film, television, streaming series, advertising on TV, radio, or online with paid distribution, and any project with a production budget over 50,000 NOK.

In those cases we agree a fee or a revenue share depending on the scope of the project. The license you buy on this site does not cover this kind of use.

4. No redistribution

You may not resell, share, upload, or redistribute the music files as standalone audio, or make them available as a music pack or library.

5. Copyright

All rights to the music remain with the Artist. Your purchase gives you the right to use it, not to own it.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

The music is delivered as a digital download immediately after purchase. By ticking the box to accept these terms at checkout, you consent to delivery starting straight away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is therefore waived. Purchases are not refundable.

If something is technically wrong with the files, get in touch and I will sort it out.

7. Contact

8. Agreement

By ticking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
