License Agreement

This agreement is between Remi Haugen (trading as "Lazy", referred to as "the Artist") and the person purchasing or using the music ("the User"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the music, the User agrees to the terms below.

1. Personal listening

Purchasing the music gives you a personal copy for private listening. This does not include ownership of the copyright or master recordings.

2. Use in projects

You are welcome to use the music in your own projects, including both commercial and non-commercial work, as long as the conditions in this agreement are followed.

3. Credit

When the music is used in any project, credit is appreciated and should include either "Lazy" or "Remi Kleiv Haugen". If possible, a link to the music or artist profile is also appreciated.

4. Commercial use & heads-up

If you plan to use the music in a commercial project (such as advertisements, games, apps, or business content), it is appreciated if you give a quick heads-up beforehand. This is simply so the Artist is aware of where the music is being used.

For larger commercial projects, we can also discuss a custom license or revenue share if it makes sense for both sides.

5. No redistribution

You may not resell, upload, or redistribute the music files as standalone audio or as a music library.

6. Copyright

All rights to the music remain with the Artist.

7. Agreement

By using the music, you agree to these terms.
